Gozer the Destructor turns 1
We started off our day by going to the zoo (again) with our nephew and niece from Charleston.
The goodies that Hippity Hop brought to the girls.
He sure does have good taste.
We had some fun whacking the baby chick.
Whose idea was this? I could not stop laughing!
Ethan was SO excited. He is a big kid trapped inside a man's body.
Crazy hat man!
Uncle Drew giving Em love.Gozer turned 1 on Friday, so we have lots of pictures:

"As long as I have my puffs, you can take all the pictures you want."
2/3 smiles aren't bad...
Again, notice the almost empty container of puffs. Now she's moved to plastic hangers.
We even had a cake, provided by Sugar Blossom Bakery. For all your party/cake needs...
She got all the frosting, but left most of the cake.

It's That Time!
Peaches and her BFF dying Easter Eggs.
After they dyed them they painted them. They turned out really cute! Good job girls.
Em playing with her own Easter Eggs. Who needs to mess with that dye stuff when I can have fun with the non-messy plastic ones I can chew on.
SC State Museum with some friends.
I caught you!!!
Look at that mischievous smile.
Play time with dad and his girls. Look at the shine coming off of that head. Almost blinding. Does he grease it up in the mornings?
Helping mommy put the dishes away. Oh wait......helping mommy by making lots of noise by hitting spoons together.

Confessional
Ok-so lately I haven't been feeling like myself. I am crabby, irritable, I get frustrated easily and can't seem to focus. I can't find any reason for my behavior and really have no excuses. I realize that I need to just snap out of it, get over it, shake it off......but only if I knew what it was I was shaking off. So, how does one get out of a "funk"? I am exercising more (and eating more because of it) and I thought that might help me get motivated to lose weight and get some of my daily stresses out of my system. Yeah-not working! I've been feeling this way now for about 4 weeks and I think I burst out into tears just about once a day. Ok, so maybe not actually boo hoo, wail cry...... but I do tear up, my ears and face turn red, sweat mounds under my armpits and I have to make myself calm down and try and bring myself back to the fact that my life is wonderful and doesn't suck. So, what's the problem?? Anyone recommend a good therapist?

Randomness Part 2
I know this picture is out of order but I accidentally deleted it when commenting....so I had to reload it again. This was at the Tartan Festival. You can see how extremely windy it was that day. Annoying to say the least.
Several gals including myself hosted a baby shower at work for my friend Leslie. We provided all of the food and decorations and had a luncheon/shower for her.
Beautiful Leslie with soon to be Campbell-to make her presence on April 8th.
The most adorable diaper cake ever made. Filled with lots of goodies and about 100 diapers.
Heaven on earth!
The Tartan South Festival this past weekend. We had a good time watching all the men in skirts play games. Even the Cayce police were wearing kilts. Awesome!
Em had a good time dancing to the music.
The Blessed Blend Band. Yeah-they sucked but looked cool.
My favorite part of the day.
Can't remember which Border Collie this was-Meg, Hope or Spot. We had fun watching them herd sheep and ducks. The ducks had to cross over a bridge and go into a tunnel. Those dogs were smarter than me.
My mom and Peaches rolling out pretzel dough. BTY-they tasted nasty and all ended up in the trash. The most important part was making memories!!
Our new furniture from Rooms-to-Go.
The club chair that is just the right size for my butt.
Mom and Em relaxing.
Mom and Em at the skating rink watching all the crazies skate.
Em's new toy that we paid only $5 for. A worthy investment.
